At Waves Wizards, we're not just another conventional surf school focused solely on getting you to stand up on a surfboard.
We provide technical coaching that dives deep into the essential aspects of surfing progression: the mind, body, equipment, and ocean dynamics. Our goal is to help you improve your surfing, overcome obstacles, and push your limits through a blend of personalized coaching, video analysis, theoretical lessons, Surfskate sessions, and fitness guidance.

In water and on land surf coaching
The first component of our intermediate coaching session consists of defining your surfing goals and deliver all the necessary theory, practice and specific knowledge on land.
In the second phase, the surf coach will follow you into the water to support your learning from closeup and advise you on key aspects of surfing such as: positioning, waves reading and waves catching.
Video Analysis
Once your confidence in the water is built and now you are catching plenty of waves, is it time for the Video Analysis.
Video Feedback is a fundamental aspect of our training methodology: seeing yourself surfing and discussing the technique with a seasoned surf coach will give you the chance to see mistakes and understand movements which might wave been unclear up until now.
Surfskate Training
The last element of our Surf coaching routine is Surfskating.
Training on a Surfskate gives you the opportunity to work on your mistakes in a controlled environment. Together with your surf coach you can refine the surfing biomechanics and get a true understanding of the technique that needs to be applied in the water.
